We are currently seeking skilled Carpenters (3–5+ years experience) to join our team. You will be working on custom homes as well as residential and commercial renovation projects across Kelowna and surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for a wide range of carpentry tasks, including both rough and finishing work. This role requires someone who can work independently, maintain high standards, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rough and finishing carpentry work
- Install framing, drywall backing, trims, doors, and other carpentry components
- Read and interpret drawings and construction plans
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work collaboratively with other trades and team members
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of carpentry experience
- Must have a cell phone for communication
- Own a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good communication and teamwork skills
