We are currently seeking Carpenter Apprentices (1–3 years experience) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working on high-quality custom homes and renovation projects.

You will work alongside experienced carpenters and tradespeople, assisting with both rough and finishing carpentry tasks. You will be involved in a variety of projects and gain valuable, real-world experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks.
Support installation of trims, baseboards, doors, cabinets, and other millwork.
Measure, cut, and prepare materials under supervision.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Follow instructions and safety procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members and other trades.

Requirements:

1–3 years of construction or carpentry experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must have a cell phone for communication.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
